The location of Dolphin Inn - The Lodge was ideal, as it was super close to Paddington station and the bus station. This made it convenient for me to catch the Heathrow Express to the airport. the hotel was situated very close to Paddington tube and in a lovely setting.
The noise level could be slightly bothersome due to the proximity to trains, but this was easily remedied with a pair of earplugs.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was very clean and well heated. The beds were comfortable and the towels were changed every day. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the Paddington station.
The bathroom was quite small, and the shower was old and stained. the walls were thin, so we could hear conversations, phone calls, and even the television from neighboring rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by several aspects. the location was fantastic, being in a very convenient and vibrant area. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided attentive service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the comfortable bunk beds and private bathrooms, were exactly what I needed. Finally, having breakfast included was a great bonus and ensured I started my day off right.
My experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory and there is nothing major that I believe could be improved.

Convenient location near Paddington station, making it easy to travel around. The room I stayed in was surprisingly clean, especially considering the affordable price I paid. Although the hotel was simple, it offered more than what I expected for a budget option in Central London. Despite a minor delay in check-in, the staff was accommodating and resolved the issue promptly.
